I choose this photo for which it represents a day joined in family, Monserrate's hill is most known of the Oriental hills of Bogota. Close to Guadeloupe it is one of the tutelary hills of the city. Monserrate has an altitude of 3152 m and is located on the oriental mountain chain. This day was when my family and I knew for the first time so named Monserrate. We ate, knew every part of this mountain, towards too coldly, went to have for breakfast and to the mass that habia on this day. It was a very agreeable experience for which though we all were not, we could happen awhile united and happy.
Both Monserrate and its neighbor Guadalupe Hill are icons of Bogota's cityscape. The hill is a touristic attraction with a funicular, cable car, or pilgrimage climbing trail access

The Parish of the Cathedral Primada of Bogota, is located in the very Historic and Political Center of the city and the country. The area that includes the Parish of the Cathedral Primada de Bogotá, in the La Candelaria neighborhood, is defined as follows: South: Street 6 North: Street 13 East: Carrera 4 West: La Carrera 10. About 800 people live in the parish, and although they have few inhabitants, more than 100,000 people visit the area every day. This is because in this small area are the main political institutions such as the Presidency, Congress, City Hall and different ministries such as Culture and Chancery. They are also located in the area of the Colon Theater, the Luis Angel Arango Library and different Museums. The Cathedral offers to all the people that visit the Center of the city a place of encounter with God and the reconciliation in the middle of the hectic life of the city. The Cathedral is a temple that belongs to all Colombians, so every time we visit, know us, approach God and explore if we have the possibility of the different possible ways of supporting the Church in the apostolic work, evangelizing and social. All the sacraments of the Catholic Church are celebrated in the Cathedral. Daily the Eucharist was celebrated and it was celebrated in the Sacrament of Penance. In 2012, Our Cathedral completed 450 years of being erected! Pope Pius IV moved the Episcopal See from Santa Marta to Santafé and ordered that his temple be preserved in the Cathedral on September 11, 1562. In this way our Archdiocese fulfilled 450 years of existence. Pope Pius IV by the bull "Im Supreme dignitatis Apostolicae Specula" of March 22, 1564. He officialized the transfer and his elevation to the dignity of Archbishopric. Pope Leo XIII in 1902 made him Primate of Colombia.
I chose this cathedral because it seems to me the most important in Bogota and the most recognized by the citizens. I visit this cathedral a lot because I go a lot centro.
CATHEDRAL 901 MARIA CAMILA SANCHEZ I. TEORICO
Monserrate after Catalan homonym mountain Montserrat is a mountain that dominates the city center of Bogotá, the capital city of Colombia. It rises to 3,152 metres (10,341 ft) above the sea level, where there is a church built in the 17th century with a shrine, devoted to El Señor Caído
The hill, already considered sacred in pre-Columbian times when the area was inhabited by the indigenous Muisca, is a pilgrim destination, as well as a major tourist attraction. In addition to the church, the summit contains restaurants, cafeteria, souvenir shops and many smaller tourist facilities. Monserrate can be accessed by aerial tramway, a funicular or by climbing, the preferred way of pilgrims. The climbing route, however, had been indefinitely closed due to drought, and the associated wildfires and landslides. It was reopened in 2017.
All downtown Bogotá, south Bogotá and some sections of the north of the city are visible facing west, making it a popular destination to watch the sunset over the city. Every year, Monserrate and its neighbour Guadalupe attract many tourists.

Nuestra Señora del Carmen Sanctuary By: Laura Zabaleta
With my family, we decided to go to the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Sanctuary located in the center of Bogota (Cra. 5 # 8-36, Bogotá). It is a Catholic temple dedicated to the Virgin Mary under Carmen. In the middle of the XVIIth century the small church of the Carmen was constructed, that served like temple for the Monastery of San José of the Discalced Carmelite Mothers in Bogota, founded by Elvira de Padilla in 1606. Time later, president Rafael Núñez requested to San Juan Bosco and through Pope Leo XIII, to send a group of religious to Bogota, in order to establish schools of arts and crafts.
Next to it we can appreciate the statue of Saint John Bosco in honor of John Bosco, S.D.B., called in Italian Giovanni Melchiorre Bosco and better known as Don Bosco, was an Italian priest, educator and writer of the 19th century

Church of San Alfonso Maria de Ligorio or Chapel of the lord of the Miracles of Buga by: Camilo Fierro
Church of San Alfonso Maria de Ligorio or Chapel of the lord of the Miracles of Buga
This church is located in the La Soledad neighborhood in a beautiful area, erected in the name of the bishop, doctor of the Church, for his writings on morality and patron of them and confessors as also founder of the Congregation of the Redemptorist Fathers, whose party is on August 1.
It is importance lies in the great cultural heritage inherited from the demolition of the Colonial church of Santa Ines. It happened in 1957, the presbytery, the altars, the skirting boards and the coffered ceilings, as well as the paintings of great value. And it makes to see even simple church in a surprising church of colonial time, in all its splendor. In addition it has the added value of having a chapel of the lord of miracles Buga and it makes a romería captive every 14 of each month and of course 14 of September
